Hi, I’m Hillary.
I’m Hillary Blevens, a New Hampshire REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, and I believe finding the right home is about so much more than four walls and a roof. It’s about finding a place where life happens, memories are made, and your next chapter begins.
What first drew me to real estate was the opportunity to build a business around something meaningful: helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. What keeps me passionate about it today is knowing that every client, every home, and every situation is different. I genuinely love helping people find the right fit for themselves and their families.
I’m someone who believes the little things matter. I’m detail-oriented, hardworking, ambitious, and sometimes a little relentless when it comes to making sure my clients are taken care of. I value honesty, open communication, and doing what’s right, even when it means having a difficult conversation. My clients deserve more than someone who simply opens doors or puts a sign in the yard. They deserve someone who’s invested in their goals and willing to put in the work to help them achieve them.
Outside of real estate, I’m happiest when I’m out experiencing everything life has to offer. I love hiking, camping, exploring national parks, discovering live music, and spending time with my two dogs, Max and Tiberius. I’m an adventurer at heart, and yes, I even spin fire! I’ve always believed life is meant to be experienced, not just lived on autopilot.
One of my favorite things about calling New Hampshire home is the lifestyle it offers. From the beauty of the Lakes Region to the mountains, trails, and close-knit communities, there’s something special about living somewhere that makes it so easy to get outside, explore, and feel connected.
